A regional grocery retailer with 300+ stores wanted to remodel its pharmacy department to improve upon service and create a smooth experience for both its customers and associates. The challenge was to get the job done as fast and efficient as possible, with minimal disruption and reduce the number of vendors on site. After assigning a cross-functional team to ensure all areas from engineering to logistics and account management were covered, we designed and developed a modular system that bundled core elements – metal, wood, power & lighting. Instead of two weeks, it only took us two days to install a pharmacy department improving the look, feel and function dramatically.
